Up. Coffee. It looks to be a very light day at work, so we shall lightly trip outta there as soon as is humanly (humanely) possible. That customer has put us out of inside work for next week, so we'll likely also be put out of inside work for the last two weeks of the year. Wat gets sent to another job where there is some St000pid to fix. Who the fuck knew? Hell, if anyone could do what I do, then WTF would I do???

Very rude and ignorant people cannot be tolerated. Anyone who knows anything about dogs knows to ask first and read their body language.
 
Good morning Wat and other denizens of the greasy spoon. It’s good to see Lilli is back. We all miss OM and wish her a safe return.

My day is watching my granddaughter this morning and then spending time with my lady companion in a warm afternoon! Now I need to find some morning memes !

I had planned on taking the whole afternoon off (scheduled it months ago) to get a few tattoos, I did so, but it went pretty quickly, so I had a couple of meetings that I was tentative for from 3 to 4 and 4 to 5, so I took them and ended up working till 730.

He helped my Motörhead tattoo out. There was already there, and did the letters and border in white to make it pop a little bit more. That tattoo is 20 years old. And of course, I had to go to old school with the mom and the heart.

Morning all…this week flew by! Running Mamma all over hell half acre will do that I guess…

Haven’t got a good walk in this week so off to do that. Get the last of my paperwork done for work that I’ve been dragging my heels on…I’ll just wait and send that off Monday😊

Hopefully a relaxing day. Probably watch the granddaughter later as the kids are packing for the big journey to West TX. Better them than me.

I’d much rather be talking about football, perfectly named English towns and who makes the best mild ale!

Personally, I like Preston North End over Blackburn. While not bitter rivals, I think they are close enough to have some local energy at the game.

My old boss was from Bury and is a big supporter of Bury football club (currently in the eighth or ninth tier I think) but he filled me with the love for all of those teams in and around Manchester. Rochdale, Bury, Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Oldham Athletic, Wigan Athletic…
