You're right. I am stuck. And I have little car knowledge. I can make them go forward and back up. An parallel park. I can parallel park like a mutha! Other than that, I really have no inner workings knowledge.

I had a wonderful mechanic when I lived in LA. Since I've been here, I have no idea how to go about finding a reputable shop. At least the dealership is only going to screw me out of money, not destroy my car.

You know people. Ask them who they allow to screw the . . . I mean, fix their cars.


It's not like they'll make you wear socks to bed.


Although, if it's very cold, there's something about well-made Merino wool socks.

Up. Last night was a stay at the Scrotel13 because Wat messed up booking the landlady and her place. Anyway. There will be a bit of time on the job today and then a trip to the office for the mandatory Xmas "party." Oh, and a summons to see the company accounts manager. I can hardly wait for that. And the extra two hours on the road, which will probably be three.


That little car is in RI, and I keep wonderin' which is gonna be the gooderer root to drive from home to there. And there is that body in DE what needs to get scarfed up, too. One damned thing after another . . . .

Today was a half frustrating day, half satisfying one. I didn't sleep well and woke up too early. My nephew called me last night to tell me his dad died.

It's still raining and I'm thinking I might need to band together with my friends and neighbors on a ark.

I tried to go to my dr office today. Got on the fwy and noticed too late it was stopped. It was closed both ways for flooding. It took me about 45 minutes to go 1/4 of a mile to the next exit where DOT was forcing everyone off. I called in and got my appointment changed to 0930 tomorrow morning.

0930!!! Who gets up that early???

I'm gonna call when I wake up to see if I can do this virtual.

When I got home, I took care of some business stuff that needed tookening. TM Wat

Then I baked.

I'm headed to bed now. Because I'm a fucking idiot and scheduled an appointment for 0930!

Today is decoration of tiny Christmas tree by my granddaughter! My companion in life (CIL) will assist. It will be a happy time.

Another long day of work shitz. I cut out at 4 for an appt w the oral surgeon (heh heh… I said oral)

I thought I was getting the implant screwed into my jaw today but they just took an xray to measure for the surgical screw to be put in.

mrs. wonderer had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes ready for me when I got home. yum!!

Then some NCAA volleyball tournament. My daughter played volleyball all through college so we really like it! She is coaching now.

We were Neti Potting round here for a bit. Then I heard something about ameba’s getting in the brain from tap water? We started using distilled water but then we’d run out and SWMBO insisted it be heated and it all got too much…I might be on the lazy side…

SWMBO is from TX…DiL is from TX with a keen interest in homesteading…we have more family our age in TX due to both gals big families…my job I can switch domiciles weeek to weeek…land is relatively cheap in W TX…not a lot of downsides but one.
