I realize it's their way or make my own (hence the dough chilling in my fridge right now) but I would really love if they would change their minds and let me order a dozen naked cookies

I think most times it's about 20-30 min.
Let's the butter harden up again.
The cookies don't spread out at much.
They won't be as thin and crispy either.
I like a crispy outside but soft insode thicker ginger cookie.
Thin rolled gingerbread men/women/ninjas are fine but I prefer mine just like the bakery in town makes - just without all the frosting

In this instance, the dough will wait until tomorrow. I'm tired and still have more chores to finish. Was just convenient to mix the dough since I was already cleaning and slicing ginger. I grated and squeezed the rest of that piece for the dough.
