I'm gonna need the rest of the week to clear out the building. Unfortunately, the dumpster filled up, and I need another 3 - 4 days to run stuff up to the dump. I would tell your new Tennant to start moving in Sunday if you want to be conservative. It won't be possible for me to clear it out while he is moving in, as we would be completely in each other's way.

I don’t know what you’ve been doing since August but get your fucking shit off of my property tomrrow. Pay me my back rent by 11:59 tomorrow plus half the fee for the dumpster ($275) for a total of $1,475. You’ve had 90 days notice and you’ve STILL gone over by a month because of your poor planning and any lack of concern for me.

I haven’t even factored in your back fee, which is well over $1000.

I’ve given you every break and been nice since day one. No more. It will be a long night for you.

I was telling someone my my mom learned to drive in a model A. She grew up on a farm in Indiana.

She said it was so high off the ground she thought she’d tip it over on the farm. This was maybe 1943/44 ish.

We had a few chickens. My sisters named theirs clucky and roosty. I named mine Ploski after Stan the man Ploski who was the local hotshoe at flemington speedway.

He was also an asshole rooster who chased us kids all over! I wanted to like him cuz I named him.

But he too, was an asshole. 😂
