the "ask crazychemgirl a question" thread

So you are saying you get you answers from Google?

lol no .. but directions are best left to google especially since if I were to give directions we'd have to be together and I'm a terrible person for giving directions when I don't know where I am and then we'd end up driving in circles and probably somehow end up in Mexico or Alaska... neither of which is San Jose

But we'd be together? On a trip? Doesn't sound so bad.

Actually...

I assumed and was wrong. Silver is actually the best metallic conductor.

Copper is a better electrical conductor than gold.

Gold is used on connectors because of it's anti-tarnishing properties.

hmmmm... it should be better based on the fact that it's larger and therefore the electrons on the outer shell aren't held as closely to the atom...

fuck it's been too fucking long since school... lmao

Photons, now...are they a wave or particle?

:p

Thanks. You are beautiful

Thank you!

For science!!!

When I'm dancing close to her
(Blinding me with science) - science!
I can smell the chemicals
(Blinding me with science) - science!)
"Ssss-science!"
:)

Lmao

Omg I’m too tired for this conversation.

Has Arthur Hailey's fiction stood the test of time?

Sure!

So, if Copper had slipped the Maitre 'D a sawbuck for a better table it would conduct electricity better?

Lmao
