But I will tell you my family makes ot way different than my in-laws and im okay with that.

I do it two ways. One just with planks of eggplant and the other I prepare the planks like for a parmagina, fry them and then build the lasagna.

They were very hoppy and I really enjoyed the variance of styles and hops in my selections (NEIPA, West Coast IPA and I believe the last one is a sour). The order the flight was presented drank really well. When's your next beer adventure, Katie?
