They were very hoppy and I really enjoyed the variance of styles and hops in my selections (NEIPA, West Coast IPA and I believe the last one is a sour). The order the flight was presented drank really well. When's your next beer adventure, Katie?

Yes but I fell in love with sild, smorrebrød, lever postej and one of my favorites, smoked eel (roget ål?) on scrambled eggs and buttered rugbrød. Things we do not have here.

Sorry for the confusion... the roasted chicken is the Sunday roast meat.
Will also cook onion and sage stuffing, roast potatoes, mashed carrot and swede, honey glazed roasted parsnips and carrots with rosemary, cauliflower cheese, tenderstem brocolli and a chicken gravy as the sides.
I cheat with the cauliflower cheese though and use a ready prepped version

EDIT: And Yorshire puddings... a roast dinner isn't complete without them!
