Score the jalapenos and lightly roast with a dash of lemon. toss in some bacon fat and finish them off that way

It will be a small Easter buffet. Pickled herring, Chives pannacotta, smoked salmon, eggs and bread. Then cous cous salad with feta cheese to the lamb roast. A cake to dessert.

Beer, snaps (Akvavit) red or white wine, what you'd prefer to drink. Oh! And Kir royal as welcome drink.

After a few moments on google... I'd like to try pickled herring, it sounds interesting. Akvavit also sounds like something I want to try.

Oooh a breakfast medley

chopped gold potatoes slow roasted and then slightly seared on a skillet with butter.
Toss in chopped white and red onion
Toss in diced serrano or jalapenos
Toss in chopped roma tomatoes

When fully cooked, toss in a bunch of diced cilantro and diced bacon.

Mix, salt and pepper to taste

Goes amazing with scrambled eggs

Ooh, even I might be able to do this! The bacon ones sound like they're above my ability level

Kir Royal is amazing!! Gotta get you some good prosecco and try it!
