The Cozy Corner

Question: Think about your daily life - what is the first thing you think of, or whom do you think of when things start to become stressful? It could be any of our daily activities (i.e. sitting in traffic, dealing with a coworker, friend, or family member, living situation, etc). Do you find comfort in that first thought or does it add to stress?
Must be in a sharing mood-
I missed this, but thought I must have missed a question. Strangely, I don’t think I think of anyone? I spend so much time bouncing round on my own I’m both my own worst enemy & my own best friend. Problem solving wise I have the brain for it, I’m a positive thinker so usually my first instinct is to find a way to resolve something.
Stress wise I don’t really get that stressed, cut me up in traffic- you can go. It’ll make no difference to my day in reality. I never really lose my temper, I’ve boxed for many years so I think I’m quite regulated in dealing with anger, as I always think. In actual reality…

If we are alive and healthy, nothing else matters!!
