I just got back from lunch -- I had a very sensible salad (without dressing ) but with buffalo chicken

So sensible lunch, that means I get cake tonight, right???

I wish we had a pub or brewery or someplace to go for a quick drink whenever I wanted *pouts* The brewery I went to in Salem was great, but a 30-40 minute drive each way is not fun.

I used to have greyhounds. They took their retirement very seriously. Laziest dogs I have ever seen.

I like wrapping my asparagus in foil covered in butter and garlic. I let it simmer on the grille while my steak cooks. And always with potatoes.
