I work in IT. I always have stories.

Ticket of the day so far:

"I need a new headset after I dropped mine and it broke. I've tried taping it back together, but it's not working right, except for every so often it works. All my calls are dropping."

It's the "All my calls are dropping" that really piques my interest... how long did he try using his taped together headset? Did he really think that would work? Did he really think that's what he needed to do? And how many people did he ask before he finally put in a ticket? These are my current questions.
