Fulton county is a jail, a holding area for non violent criminals awaiting arraignment or bond and usually released on their own recognizance.

Not only non-violent crimes. You can bet accused murderers and rapists don't just get sent home with a court date, Ican'thelpit.

People in Fulton county jail are innocent till proven guilty in a court of law and are by constitutional law guaranteed equal protection, should not be subjected to cruel and abusive treatment.

People don’t deserve to die waiting for their day in court. I’m not an expert on the conditions of our jails nationwide but what I see in Fulton county is a miscarriage of justice.

That is true of just about all jails these days. They've all got overcrowding, crumbling infrastructures, inhumane conditions...why?
Well, mainly because people like you have been 1) voting for all tax cuts all the time for 40+ years, and 2) attacking anyone who advocates for better conditions as 'criminal lovers'. And all the while, one can't help but suspect you are still somehow under the impression that Trump gives a shit about you. He doesn't. The man doesn't care about anyone not named Donald J. Trump. Not even his children, as we saw this week.

Now that I see it I wanted to take some time to post this information to lit readers and for that you pompous progressive Marxist assholes start ridiculing me for posting evidence of criminal behavior at this jail. Since it's exactly the sort of thing people of your ideology ignore at best and support at worst, it's only fair to point out how dramatically your attitude has changed when your beloved Trump enters the equation, however peripherally. I was referring to non violent alleged law breakers being held without bond. I didn’t mention violent criminals being held without bond for obvious reason. I should never underestimate your limited cerebral capacity, I should have included violent criminals in my post.. Even still, people shouldn’t be dying while awaiting trial. All prisoners are afforded protections under the law, under the constitution. This particular jail is presently under national scrutiny. It exposes how hypocritical Fani Willis truly is, pretending to be concerned with equal application of the law, the rule of law and the principles of article III of the constitution while her own backyard is a cesspool of impropriety. Not only is Fulton county in violation of constitutional law, they’re also in violation of the Geneva convention. The fact that Fulton county jail is presently under investigation by the civil rights division of the DOJ just insures that because of Trump the investigative process will be slow going.
