The Isolated Blurt BDSM Thread

Today my sister-in-law and I found a way to make a little extra money doing something we love.

Not a whole lot and only three opportunities a year, but it could be fun.

I have until February to lose some weight and polish my skills.

I feel like I'm on the outside of every single crowd. I love this board but I never feel like I can post because I don't feel like I belong in the group. Sometimes I want to make an alias ("sock puppet", I think the going term is here?) and pretend to be a hetero submissive woman so I can feel like I belong in the group, instead of... I guess I'm a queer top?, always trying to be gender neutral with my posts because half the time I'm definitely not thinking about men when I'm posting and shit.

Well, it is the isolated blurt thread. That has room for me and my PMS, right?

I don't even feel like I'm welcome to post in these threads. (facepalm)

It feels like someone is dancing on my ovaries. It is not kinky and fun.

In other news, I think I understood something about bondage that I didn't understand before, and it made me understand why I'm IDing myself as a top (even though this apparently clashes with my rather passive personality). Never, never again. It's a vent thread, right? x_x

They had to do surgery on his brain today to remove a clot. At this point they're leaving the spot they went in at 'open' so as to accommodate any more swelling. He's still stable.

Chin up (hugs)
I am a hetero-submissive woman and I *still* feel like an outsider.

I am confused. I have a decision to make which is something i kind of need but if I do agree to it then I could potentially hurt someone who is incredibly important and special to me. I have discussed the decision with them and discussed the different options but at the same time I am still a little bit uncomfortable.

I hate making decisions. I guess I need them to tell me to just go ahead and make the decision for me or otherwise I could just flip a coin.

step 1. flip the coin
step 2. instantly know what you actually wanted

I hate, hate, hate being menopausal.

All this crying and emotional mood swings may destroy my relationships.

If it is just hormones why can't I convince myself that everything is ok, that is is "just" hormones and to just be patient and everything will be fine? Instead it hurts, and hurts for real. I don't know whether if it weren't for menopause if it would hurt as much or not. Probably not. I used to be able to make everything be ok, not only make lemons into lemonade but make them into something much better. Like lemon pie, or margaritas or something.

uggghhhh

I want to be 40 again.. I want my life back then, too. I want the pain to stop, my heart to stop breaking.

Hormones are horrible that way, making it hard to see what's what. I hope there will be margaritas an lemon pie again soon!

There have been some threads like that lately, where the person asking a question seems to think there is just one way to do things.

Yes, I'm sure no-one else on here has any idea what it's like to be like that

I wish I was a lesbian dominant too.....wait a minute!

Stella, do you have any idea what that feels like?

Why did I have to get sick this weekend? The last weekend of Renfair, the first weekend I've been free to go, and I get bronchitis. I get it every year, but why couldn't it wait a week.

I miss my friends. :(

((HUGS)) Oh wenchie, I am so sorry to hear you are sick!! That timing sucks. :rose:

Thanks.

I'm feeling just well enough that I want to push and go and have fun, but I still have to work tonight, and I know the combination would be too much. And if I push myself too hard, that's when it really kicks my butt.

Still really sucks. :( I'm home alone, sick, and there's not even anyone online to entertain me. *pouts*

I've been home sick and bored too, but I found some fun, lol. I was on CM and this person messaged me, seemed familiar to me. I figured out really fast who his is though and since then I've been having a great time goading him...

Can anyone say "Hi BLoved? The ~smile~ was the first thing that gave him away.

lol That's beautiful.

Everyone I met there turned out to be an ass. Gave up trying to meet people by starting with kink in common.

I never knew I had this much of a sadistic side to me, lol. He is exactly the same on there, having a blast baiting the bull. Actually my sister told me to try it, lol. Not for me, if this is the type of person on there.

You're only on the outside of *this* crowd as long as you're willing to be... This group is about as inclusive and welcoming as any I've ever found. Ease up on yourself.

"Gender neutral" kind of = politically correct, right? Crap. If that were a requirement here, I'd have been kicked out, oh, say three days after I first came here.

Well, it is the isolated blurt thread. That has room for me and my PMS, right?
Definitely. There have been lots of posts, and even threads, about PMS, PCOS, and other non-male things my poor male brain can't encompass.

I don't even feel like I'm welcome to post in these threads. (facepalm)
You are.

It feels like someone is dancing on my ovaries. It is not kinky and fun.
I don't have ovaries; nonetheless, that doesn't sound like *any* kind of fun, kinky or otherwise. I'm sorry you're in pain.

In other news, I think I understood something about bondage that I didn't understand before, and it made me understand why I'm IDing myself as a top (even though this apparently clashes with my rather passive personality).
Understanding our needs and desires - even if just *some* of them - and thus better understanding ourselves, is a good thing. If that new understanding came from something posted here, I'm glad our group was able to help you take another step down that road.

Never, never again. It's a vent thread, right? x_x
Yup. Vent away.

Having way too much fun with ~smile~ Really glad I was an avid lurker in those days.

Yeah, that got boring fast...so much of the same bull. Oh if only I waz a twue submissive. But it was fun to see/read his reaction when I used the word BLoved, lol

You have my empathy....sounds like we are both in a similar place. I was beginning to feel there would be no end, but on impulse while on vacation recently (and out of desperation), I bought an over the counter menopause supplement. Came home and started taking it then thought nothing more about it until the depression began to lift and I began to feel remotely human again and even found myself acting like my old self. Sheesh, I couldn't remember the last time I went through a day without depression and severe mood swings. All I can put it down to is this supplement...up to day 8 depression free. Did have a minor panic about what to do when they run out, but have found them online so I can order them if I remain convinced it is their doing. Let me know if you want the name of them on the off chance it can help you.:rose:

Employer in Japan confirmed they will notify about the job in late December. So I just have to wait. Patiently, if possible.

Mmmyeahhhh... Patience. Good luck with that.

And the confirmation, hopefully, is just a formality. :rose:

*Sigh*

Why is it that the only men who turn me on are big gay bears? It's not fair. *Pouts*
