I haven't been following the whole thing very closely for some time, but I haven't seen any evidence that she actually broke any law.
That said, she displayed extremely poor judgement in setting up and housing an email server in her home with which to conduct all of her state department correspondence.
The fact that she did that gives me very little trust in what her judgement would be as president.
The law needs to be changed to make it clear that any email sent by a government employee conducting government business that comes from anything other than a .gov account will result in immediate dismissal or impeachment.
As part of that law outsourcing any .gov server maintenance should also be prohibited and a mandate (and funding) included to hire skilled computer security people.
