Hurrying back, she was glad that the others hadn't left her. As she joined the rest of the group, she noticed that Slanglant was looking at her. She smiled to herself as his gaze drifted a rather low, lingering longer than was necessary to just acknowledge her prescence before turning his head back to the water.
She crept up to the elf and knelt beside him. "What's going on," she whispered, placing her slender arm on his back, feeling the muscles that rippled under his skin like tight cords. She grinned as she thought of the effect her new attire must be having on him. Her kneeling position had caused the makeshift skirt to rise a little, giving a very flattering view of her smooth, olive coloured legs. She wiggled her toes, enjoying the free feeling of her bare feet. She had to admit that hovering was definitely better than walking on the tough ground.
