Congratulations!
You have had two women post their travel plans recently. That's an accomplishment in and of itself.

(Now if we hear from someone visiting Springfield MA, that would be a miracle.)

Going to Nashville and Atlanta in the next month for work. Going to Maui for a conference in December.
 
I live in Vegas. I'd meet any one of you psychos that visits! :D I'll be in Seattle in November and LA in a couple weeks :)

In fairness,, there was hat day in August where he temperature reached mid 20sand it didn't rain. And this has been the best summer in years :)

Still firming up the plans but looks like I'm flying in on Nov 12 back up for nephews race on sat then fly out the 19th.

So I've been told! :rolleyes: Typical timing on my part. However, in Yorkshire, I've enjoyed the days without rain and glorious outbreaks of warm sun as I ambled through Derbyshire. Another place that I must return to and spend some serious time walking the trails.

sadly no one ever chooses to vacation in the midwest US... lol

I am nearish to Chicago and would make the drive... depending on the man or woman.

Was thinking it would be fun to have a get together of lit folks in Chicago.... I know they used to have them but they seemed to end as I joined lit!

I've met up with several lit people... recently had breakfast with a guy in town to see his brother... it was nice.

I love Chicago. If not sooner, I'll be visiting next summer.
However, it will be for a wedding, so I'll be with a lot of people I know. Not sure I'm ready to tell them I want to meet, well, someone I met here.

I do travel to Chicago a couple times a year...would love to catch up next time when am there...
 
I love the idea of this thread.. I've met up with Lit friends on my wanders.. and hosted a few on theirs, including one hotel room visit to one who suddenly found himself in my area last minute.. ;)

I'm always in Vegas ALONE when I go there.
Would enjoy bar hopping with a Gal Pal. Get a group! We could get discount tickets to the topless show girls venue. That's where all the hetero men will be...also in groups! :D
