Trump will win in 2020

Funny....it wasn't a problem or draconian when Obama was doing it.
I've explained this to you before, but naturally you weren't man enough to acknowledge my position let alone try to refute.
Under Obama, children were separated from families under very rare circumstances (questions about child trafficking, possible physical abuse). Under Obama, children were separated from families for a maximum of 21 days.

Under Trump, children were routinely separated from parents as a punitive measure and the 21 day limitation was repealed.

Needlessly separating families for unlimited/indeterminate periods are in the core definition of "concentration camps", another concept you are not man enough to acknowledge.

I wonder why that is???

Willfully ignorant or naturally ignorant? Tough call here, I admit.

Add that to the list of questions Rob won't ever answer.
I answer your repetitive questions over and over, the problem is, when you get an answer that disagrees with you toxic shitstain ideology, you either deflect, "redefine" the issue, or shout "la la la I can't heeeeear you!". And then you typically play the perpetual victim card.

Next up: BB redefines the words "concentration camps" yet again.

And as I said, you had no problem with that.

Because resources were limited because (D)'s wouldn't fund our LEA's to deal with the border crisis they thought was a joke....until it wasn't.

1) it wasn't needless.

2) No it's not, you're redefining the term "concentration camp"

Next up: BB redefines the words "concentration camps" yet again.

^^ so much projection from Rob.
concentration camp noun
Definition of concentration camp
: a place where large numbers of people (such as prisoners of war, political prisoners, refugees, or the members of an ethnic or religious minority) are detained or confined under armed guard —used especially in reference to camps created by the Nazis in World War II for the internment and persecution of Jews and other prisoners
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/concentration**0camp
Concentration camp, internment centre for political prisoners and members of national or minority groups who are confined for reasons of state security, exploitation, or punishment, usually by executive decree or military order.

I answer your repetitive questions over and over,

No you don't. You usually deflect with shit talk.

Let's try again.

What ascription???

I'm betting you still don't answer.

the problem is, when you get an answer that disagrees with you toxic shitstain ideology,

Yes we know you authoritarian leftist consider liberalism a toxic shitstain ideology....the concept of individual liberty disgusts collectivist like yourself.

you either deflect, "redefine" the issue, or shout "la la la I can't heeeeear you!". And then you typically play the perpetual victim card.

I use dictionary definitions, that regularly prove you're the only one redefining words to suit your political narratives.

Never once played any victim cards, why must you lie so much Rob?

If you need to point out your accomplishments, you probably don’t have them. You are quite the apologist if you endorse explaining why you’re not meeting expectations.

What a load of tripe.

Trump's going to be "called on the carpet" next year. In the political world, that's called an "election". He has to explain why he's the better choice than the other guy. To do that he needs to explain why he's underperforming.

That's not being "an apologist", it's recognizing the real world. Oh, I forgot, that's something you can't do.

Here are his problems:

MI, WI, and PA, which swung hard back to the Dems in 2018.

Black women, college educated white women, and now more than ever, Latinos.

A slowing economy. If it tanks, landslide.

I agree. He needs to stand up and explain why those are happening. And what he proposes to do about it. That's called "campaigning" in the real world. Oops, I forgot that you aren't capable of recognizing that concept. Sorry. Not.

Some time ago I was beckoned by my CEO to explain something that had not gone as planned. When asked for the explanation I responded, “do you agree that explanation is often just another word for excuse?” He said yes, and I said then I don’t have one.

I look forward to hearing Trump’s excuses for no Mexican paid-for Wall, no debt reduction, the deficit explosion, no trade agreements, no mideast troop elimination, or as you generously put it, his “underperforming.”:D

The fact that you justify your tripe with a vignette of you doing something doesn't make it not tripe.

Prove him wrong with facts, Rapey.

Prove what wrong with facts? That he went to his boss and offered no excuse for his poor performance? Why the fuck would I care about him getting his ass fired for not doing his job?

You really need to think about what you're saying before you post.

You're the one not recognizing the real world.

In what universe is Trump ever called to the carpet for anything? By who?

Barring a totally collapse of the economy--which he'll blame on Obama--he will never admit/defend/explain anything is wrong whatsoever. Everything is perfect and the greatest ever. He will do exactly what he did in the Midterms--attack immigrants, outright lie, and stoke fear. He never addresses his own failures--doesn't even admit there are any. You are in total la la land if you think so.

His ignorant followers will not "call him to the carpet." The voters are divided into his al Qaeda base who never criticize him for anything and the rest of us. The idea that there's some sort of reasonable independent segment judging him rationally is laughable. It doesn't exist.

oh look, as predictable as the tides, BotanyBoy is once again redefining "concentration camps" and discarding any inconvenient facts that don't fit his preconceived worldview.

Equal parts sad and predictable.

Here you go little fella...

You were the only one trying to redefine concentration camps bubba.

^^ Right there....that's you redefining "concentration camps" to suit your narrative.

I posted cited references that demonstrated your dishonesty and prove you wrong.

Your dismissal of inconvenient facts and transparent projection won't change that either.

Extra smooth Rob :D

Sure, most of his supporters from 2016 will vote for him again. That's the nature of politics — gigantic numbers of people don't change their minds all at once. Jimmy Carter won a narrow victory in 1976 and got crushed in 1980, but his percentage of the overall vote didn't budge a lot (50.1% in 1976 to 41% in 1980). Most of those who voted for him originally voted for him a second time. But the small number who switched made it a blowout going the other way.

Trump's margin for error was already basically zero. He can't afford to lose anybody, and add in two other factors: his unpopularity among young people, i.e. new voters in 2020; and his relative strength among over-65s, i.e. 2016 voters who are now dead.

Not all presidents are successful in expanding their base — Reagan was probably the last one to really accomplish it — but Trump is the first president I can think of who hasn't even tried. If he loses even 5% of his original base in 2020, he'll get creamed.

I beg to differ, Johnny. We are talking about 80k votes in 3 states. 3 swing states that have all swung blue since Trump was elected. Trump’s platform did nothing to help him in the midterms. He was espousing the same things that won him the election and it didn’t work.

Yes, people want to be heard, they voted for change. Do you think his policies are going to win him the votes of the rural farmers or lose him votes?

Do you think his actions are going to win him the suburban mom votes, or has he lost some?

I think if it's a simple referendum on Trump he loses bigly. Bush Sr. got kicked out for breaking a "no new taxes" pledge. How many promises has Trump broken to his base? By the same token, the Blue swing was supposed do something about Trump, but Pelosi sat on her hands. There could be some backlash or disillusionment with Congressional Democrats over that.

HOWEVER, IF the Democrats instead insist on making the election about a gun grab, they take Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin off of the table. That makes for tough EC math, and Trump stays in office to administrate the 2020 census. Even if Democrats still pull out a presidential win, those outraged rural voters will be stuffing the ballot boxes with red votes for the undercards. Those winners get to redistrict after the census.

He never has facts. Unusual for a lawyer. Or so he claims.

He can never answer even the simplest questions. He's the shitty employee or child who goes immediately into defense mode before he understands the conversation.

Politicians get called on the carpet every time they up for reelection. That you don't see that is why people call you an ignorant cunt.

Why the fuck are you still here? Get off my lawn.

Bush, Carter and Hoover are pretty much the only presidents that couldn't manage to get re-elected. Trump should get reelected because of the enormous advantage being the sitting president affords. Nevertheless, I still think the prick will be defeated.

Immigration, the debt and getting out of the endless wars were the three policy issues where I believe the Democrats had it wrong on 2016 and despite his being a lying, egotistical, hypocritical bigot, at least I expected improvement on those fronts.

So let's have a look:

Immigration: Immigration reform means improving the legal immigration process, stemming the flow of illegal immigration and reaching a compromise on the 15 - 25 million already here who are citizens in all but name. Not ripping apart families, ignoring the law with respect to asylum seekers and blowing up a reform deal at the last minute like Jordan and the House GOP did in 2013 that just made things worse. FAIL

The Debt: It is unconscionable that at a time of an improving economy we continue to go into debt. The Tax Act for the Rich was a miscarriage of justice, an offense. The fucker can't even get to a balanced budget let alone a surplus. FAIL

Endless War: In his State of the Union address, President Trump declared that “great nations do not fight endless wars.” Yet, here we are still in wars all over the globe and licking another fight with Iran and Venezuela while NK fires more missiles. FAIL

Courts ruled today that the Trump administration must permit showers for detainees in their concentration camps.

"Must permit showers"...let that sink in.

And some of the shitscum here still insist that they're not concentration camps.

I wish one of you fuckers could convince me that Trump will lose in 2020. But I don't see it happening, unless he starts a war with Iran and he's not going to do that.

The Democrats should win this election, but they all seem to be working for the Trump campaign. No, shit. I watched the debates and was either laughing so hard I cried, or was just crying out loud.

How could a herd of thundering candidates be collectively so fucking stupid as to think promising to raise everyone's taxes by trillions, then opening all the borders to anyone who wants in, then giving all those people free medical care, while taking everyone's - who is already here - guns and existing health care away, outlawing cattle and giving free abortions to the 5th trimester to MEN really make sense to people out there Middleburg, USA?

Trump is the stupid we already are heartily familiar with. His antics no longer seem so outrageous. It's the new normal. He's the devil we know and besides his endless stream of twitter idiocy, he's running the country pretty much like a modern Ronald Reagan would, who btw, was also called a Nazi Racist by the left and still won a second term by a landslide.

All the Democrats had to do this election cycle was promise a return to the old normal under Obama and they would have a decent chance of winning.

Instead, they decided to leverage Trump madness into an opportunity for a total Bolshie revolution promising Pol Pot-style year zero resets on everything from definition of gender to Congressionally mandated weather. I have several theories about why crazy is the strategy for 2020, which I won't go into here..

It ain't gonna happen, because ironically, given the circumstances, most people haven't gone insane. Not on the right, in the middle nor even on the, at least, near left. Most people are still just normals. And normals always choose the less suicidal option.

The Democrat candidates have done the near impossible: They have made Trump the safe option in 2020.

So who is really working for the Russians?

The media is doing a pretty good job of who do you believe me or Your Lying Eyes about the economy. They will talk down the economy from now till the election and more likely than not there's going to be enough little minor hiccups or slowing to give credence to the absolutely ridiculous idea that this Obama economy that we're currently enjoying was finally killed off by the horrible policies of Republicans giving money to their rich friends. By rich friends they mean any buddy in the 48% of the population that actually pays federal income taxes.

Couple that with them being chastened by the idea that they don't actually own a lot of the purple States and that unless they've got a black guy at the top of the ticket they're not getting blacks to come out to vote and Hispanics are not all in favor of open borders, they will do it Democrats always do which is steal the election. They would have stolen the last one if they had any idea that they needed to cheat just a little in a few States.

I guarantee you every one of those States right now has a strong, get out the fraudulent vote effort underway then they will be heavily ballot harvesting. Meaning they will just be filling out dummy ballots by the trainload.

It's what they do.

On a positive note, all of the Trump rallies between now and election day will not have nearly the effect of energizing Republicans as much as them running the same Playbook as last time in denigrating every person who disagrees with them on any policy position as a racist. We don't give a shit who thinks we're racist. At all. The word no longer has any meaning which is why they now call it white nationalism which is absolutely retarded.

I was astounded to wake up to a President Trump but I should have known. In Wickenburg I saw in big letters on the rear window of a Jeep, "Deplorable and Proud of it!" on election day.
