Hope you all are well this sunny day out here in the big K.

There are times when I'd agree with you and times when I wouldn't. When I have a huge workload, definitely (even though I'm hoping to go to med school after, so I really wouldn't be done). But sometimes I feel like I won't want to leave (even though I know I will when the time comes) because getting a job and a life is going to be so much harder.Headbanger21 said:what am i doing this weekend (or any weekend?) homework, homework, homework. anyone else as ready to be done with college as i am? and i still have grad school to look forward too![]()

Well I guess I'm screwed then! Better change my career path...saintsinner42 said:it seems that they only recruit hotties for med school

saintsinner42 said:i agree. i like when i put my shoulder to the workload and bust my ass but it takes it toil after a while.
though i do enjoy grad school life. specially the ladies. i am fortunate to work in the hospital area and it seems that they only recruit hotties for med school. too bad i cant talk to many of them without wanting to rip out their throats. nothing better than an ego strapped to shallow

Marching band, baby. I'd like to think running around a football field with a 50 pound tuba sitting on my shoulders will work. I'm also going to start volunteering again this semester (haven't since high school) and I have a research position. It's basically cram time.saintsinner42 said:or youll fit in quite nicely
but as a annendum, get activities. be diverse because it looks good when you interview. and maybe a sport

Wait. Flute player whose path crosses yours? When does that ever happen? ^_^ I used to play flute and my two best friends at UMass are flute players and their drill is always in the back. The tuba drill is usually somewhere in the middle...except for this year when we did Earth Wind & Fire and we got to go up to the front sideline for our feature.hongry4all said:Rock on, former Marching band tuba player myself. You think Football can be rough, try running 30 yards in 24 counts, backwards, while staying in formation, nailing your mark, and not running over the friggin' flute player whose path crosses yours. And to think i did it for more than one year. I must be insane.
