*ponders something for Ondine*

Is there anything that my character can do besides sit on her ass and vegetate?

I mean, we are waiting for the show down between Vincent and Holt. Karena is out of it for the moment, Darya is with Lucien....and quite frankly I can think of nothing for her to do....

So ideas? Thoughts? Otherwise, I am thinking she might as well sit this one out.

I suppose Jericho could grab her and take her with him, seeing as she's the only one who knows what that scent was.

At first, I was thinking a purely stream of conscious thing...as Holt is near by...and she is in a fugue...but it wouldn't advance the story any since she would have no way of describing anything to any one in the state she is in.

So then I figured, I'd ask and see what the rest of you thought. After all, as much as I love Ondine, I don't want to have her be make work for every one else.

Then...I shall go ahead with the SOC thing. It won't help the story any but it will be fun for me to write.

That way, Ondine will not be trotting all over the place when Darya has a free moment.

I posted for Lucien, and it should help kick our plot in the ass to keep it moving. And also firmly establishing why Lucien is the bad guy to this story.

I'll write a post for Jericho and Holt tomorrow. Asa feel free to write up a response for Darya before that and maybe have Karena awaken after it?

And it isn't bad being in touch with your character and being able to determine the differences between her and yourself is always a good thing.

Vincent is finally up, thanks for your patience while my muse got around to not being a bitch.

Good post Rider. I was a little surprised at the timing of narrowing down the suspicion to Lucien, but Vincent's reasoning was logical and fit nicely.

One of the things I hate in some of the more recent star wars books I've read is how the authors artificially and rather obviously withold logical reasoning in characters like what Vincent made there about Lucien so they can time it out just right for their plot. You laid it out and reasoned through it very clearly and logically. So I'm not mad, but that logical step he just made accelerates things for us.

We're gonna have to be on our toes so one of our characters doesn't lag behind as the tracks starts to get laid and gets run over by the plot train coming after us.

Well Vincent's suspicion can just fester for a bit until there's some actual proof. But I figured his natural distaste for Lucien combined with looking at the situation logically would make sense. It might even wind up that he keeps his suspicion to himself, so as not to accelerate things too much.

Since Ondine is still trapped in her room....my thought is to skip her this time, Mostly because she has nothing new to add and she is NOT going to go wandering through a cave that smells funny.

Veroe is dealing with a computer virus Rider... and is just on his phone. He put a post up about it in his Lounge thread
