Some take things one way, some another. Why any thinks all should be as they are is beyond me. We all are individuals, and as such, we are what we are.
I started this thread with a purpose, and one that I have some substantiation for (and have already shown some), and have shared it. If some don't agree with me, that's fine. I don't expect them too.
Still, a bit of kindness by other posters should not be too much to ask for. Will everyone that certain people don't agree with always be ambushed by the gang like a bunch of Red Guards keeping the faith?
Whatever is in their hearts though, is what they should do. Still, like you, I will not cower. Yet, as I've said before, I'll keep my cool In doing that, there are some whom I will not answer, as being fruitless to try to discuss anything with them.
Charlie, I have respect for. Yes, I knew she could be this way, but she is not just inteligent, she knows how to use it, and not just mindlessly like a childish brat. However, as I said, I won't be cowered, nor will I be dissuaded with foolishness that someone may wish to enjoy without regard. I know very well what it is to be set upon. Well, I'm still here (on earth, that is).
All I want is for some blatant vote shifting to not occur, and I'm not sure that Laurel and Manu know of it. They do provide a wonderful site for the many, and many wonderful friendships and more, have happened here, as well as some not so friendly mixings. Still, it is a place where many do love to come and enjoy a respite from R/L.
So, once Laurel addresses this to me, and hopefully to all, but that's between them and her, all I want to do it keep this thread open until I feel she is there to address this.
Whether I win anything or not is not important to me. In my earlier story posted here, I had one gal take me to task. I presume she voted me low, but I never tried to complain about it because I felt she was honestly giving me her actual opinion, it was so truthfully stated. I respected that, and her comments to me still stand.
As to what kind of writer I am, honestly, I really had no objective idea when I first posted here. My readers helped me better understand how good I could be. For that, I am grateful. Now I know.
