i went through phase one of my weight loss about five months ago. i lost 24 lbs in three months and was able to maintain the new weight for the last two months. now ive decided to get back on it. im hoping that doing this in stages will help me keep up with the changes to my eating habits and help me keep the weight off.
ive already promised the dogs another walk tomorrow....![]()
True, it won't last forever!wally2450 said:Back at it again. Have to enjoy this weather while it is still around!

I will try to fit an hour in from tomorrow on as well.
Happy walking!![]()

Remember to drink some water before you go on your walk and then more water when you get back. You may not feel thirsty (especially in the colder weather) but the increased activity will make you perspire. The sweat evaporates more quickly if it's windy or cold, so if you equate feeling hot and sticky with being thirsty, you might be dehydrating yourself with all the added exercise. Can't let that happen!
