What Are You Listening to Now 7.0

Therion : Les Fleurs du Mal

Metal, with full operatic vocals interspersed with regular rock vocals. A bit bombastic, but fun. Excellent quality music, great performances.

Different.

Here's the album, but also check out the rest of their rich catalog.

Porcupine Tree : Closure - Continuation

A future classic, IMHO

There was a huge downtown fire here a few weeks ago. One of the businesses that was completely destroyed was a CD / music shop. The store owners are working to re-establish the business in a new location.

I have a collection of over 5,000 CDs - so I donated my entire collection to the store owners, to help them get started.

So I no longer have the huge CD collection I'd prided in for so long, but they've gone to a good home ... - kinda bitter-sweet.

(I've ripped every one of my CDs to MP3, and have them copied to multiple hard drives - so I can still listen to them. Is that naughty? Maybe... 🤷‍♂️ )
