What Are You Listening to Now 7.0

Kate Wolf's version of Jackson Browne's These Days, with Nina Gerber on lead.

A great song, written when Jackson Browne was 16 years old. We all should be so talented.

Several versions of this song have been dubbed as "definitive" by one critic or another. I don't do that, I only say ... this is really nice.

More Kate Wolf, with Nina Gerber on mando, plus Randy Sabien, on Austin City Limits.

A playlist of 1980's Queen songs. Too bad Alexa only picked the obvious hits. Need to go through the albums for the truly obscure (and/or horrendous) tracks.

Are "Versions Of The Truth" and "Nothing But The Truth" considered to be a matched pair?

If so, I'll spin the 2 back-to-back.

Nothing but the truth basically is the set list of a tour in support of Versions of the Truth. The majority of the album is from Versions but they play fan favorites from the back catalog as well.

Whilst performed in a studio the band played 'live' with no stops just like a concert but with much better sound quality.

Think about all the bands that release a studio album then go on tour. At some point in the tour the band records the show then releases it as a live album. That's what this is.

Enjoy.

Listening to:

"California Sun" The Rivieras
"Bury Me Under the Weeping Willow Tree" Rosanne Cash
"White Rabbit" Jefferson Airplane
"Your Precious Love" Marvin Gaye

Got it - many thanks. (In fact, you hinted at this in a previous post - forgive my forgetfulness! :( )
