I have had trouble sleeping for the last couple of nights. I have tried reading, tv, doing nothing, masturbation but nothing is working. I have to get up in a few hours to go to the cinema. I will probably fall asleep about an hour before I have to get up and then sleep through the film

A few things I learned from my sleep research.
1) you need a bedtime routine. It teaches your brain it is time to go to bed.
2) turn off all blue lights 1 hr before bed.
3) our bodies sleep best at 62F.
I don't know why. Just want I have read.
4) no caffeine after 2 pm.
5 bathe in the evening and at least 2 hrs before bed.
5) cheap sheets are your enemy. I learned this one from my grandma. Thread count matters. If you sperge on nothing else sheets and towels are a must.

I am a very similar drunk as you FSA. I start laughing and become very happy. Everything is fun and jovial. I become the handsy, flirty, affectionate, talking, and touchy guy... I start talking 100 mph hahahahahhaha. Always fun, never get angry..
