Sometimes you gotta regress a little to move forward. I hate it when my therapist says that lol. I feel like I get better and better every year. I still have bad moments but I can recognize it’s a moment, not forever. I’m looking forward to 2026

Regressing for me was actually super beneficial! I stepped back from all this “growth” nonsense and indulged in crafts and sex nearly all year!!

I’m super privileged and appreciative for the time 2025 has allotted for my silly regression
