I’d agree with this for 80% of the year here, but the warm sheets from the dryer in the winter is hard to beat. Come to think of it, not sure if I’ve ever slept on satin sheets….

Ooh, I agree. I have cooling sheets. But the initial warmth when you first slide in... it doesn't last forever, just long enough to remind you that there is good the world.
