I just finished Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter. It was good but not the kind of book I usually read. Time for something a little lighter.

I read Blindness in 2017. That was a very tough read.It’s funny as hell. And it’s all true.
Usually I prefer more dense reading but this one was a needed distraction after my last book.

Chablis, she played herself wonderfully in the film.It is. And if you get the chance to visit Savannah, you can do a tour of the locations in the book, including the diner. You used to be able to attend the drag show with (forgot his/her name) but I belive she has passed away.
There’s even more weird and quirky stuff in the book that couldn’t translate well to the movie so it wasn’t included.I loved the movie, but I'm a big John Cusack fan.
