What do readers actually want in Loving Wives?

I'm only talking about the authors who write burn the bitch stories, over the top revenge stories where the wife 'gets hers' some of them over the years have the wife...being drugged and waking up sold into sex trafficking, gang raped, one had her nipples burned off and eqally nasty things sometimes happen to the guy she was with.

There's a case to be made they're not erotica, but torture porn, so that's what I'm talking about. Stories like yours technically belong there and used to be received far better before the incels came along.

Nothing is etched in stone, but nothing lasts forever either. I've been going a long time and most of my stuff is for sale now and I'm delving more into erotic horror than just smut and only have so much time.

For a few years all I posted here was taboo, so last year I thought that if I was getting near the end of my lit time, why not go back and hit some other categories one more time?

Or....I could get bitten by the smut bug again and just keep going, who knows? Meantime I am closing in on the last goals I had here and once I hit them I'll see where I stand.

I think the issue is they don't have much of a screening process and Non con slips through easier when not labeled as such by category title or tag. That's why there's a lot of NC in BDSM, site is not going to read through stories trying to see if they crossed a line or not.

I'm sure some get reported and removed, but seeing the audience for them loves that material, they're not going to complain.

You want to continue defending the category go for it. But it gets weaker and weaker as time goes by and we see more and more 'what the hell is wrong over there' threads.

The more views you get, the more people that read your story to the end. The more people that favorite your story. The more people that comment on your story. The more people that like your story.

To me, the numbers, especially ratings, are to some degree smoke and mirrors. Fun, if things go well, but not especially meaningful. What I want to know is that my stories are reaching readers who like them. Isn't that what matters?

I don't want to publish in Loving Wives if it means trolls are going to seek out my other stories and downvote them out of spite, and I've heard plenty of stories that this goes on. I have published "hot wife" stories in other categories because I thought they might get a better reception, and I think I was right. So, it's a judgment call. But I think people who are worried about Loving Wives as a category should know that there are a LOT of readers in that category who don't fit the demented incel description.

I don't think you're getting what I'm saying. In my last post I said I consider anything other than a BTB story a legit attempt at the fetish. The shame is those attempts keep getting flamed even though they are what the category is about. There are legit readers who are looking for said stories, but they get drowned out by the shitheads.

Said shitheads attack the commenters you're talking about and they're driving them off to where they are becoming the majority. As the OP just mentioned, some people don't want to have to battle the idiots in a place they're supposed to be having fun.

We've gotten to where more cuck stories are going into fetish because 'there goes the neighborhood' says it all there and I see it continuing.

The site is at fault. They screen comments yet continue to let all this stuff through even though much of it can be considered hate speech at this point, but hey, just don't say puberty I guess.

Its not going to get any better which is too bad because it sucks for the people you're talking about. In the meantime I'm not going to sugar coat the fact its gone from a normal category to cesspool.
