What do you want?

Shoot man, my brain loves a good self critique. My depression lies to me over and over and over. This place often doesn't help, for a whole host of reasons.
Sorry you suffer with that. I know many who have found it is better to drive thru it. They have told me that they set tasks such as getting out of bed by a certain time and making your bed. Exercising by a certain time. Doing daily affirmations every morning.
