Im org from chicago Illinois now living in a small farm community called prophetstown Illinois its near the iowa border.

Im 6'3 and as a big bear i weigh 475 and losing its a long and hard task but im trying as i said I have brown hair and blue eyes
I love to cook and bbq and I make desserts and bake aand can cook almost anything.

what takes one from the hustle of Chicago, to the calm of prophetstown? I have been to Chicago a few times, I love to shop there my girlfriend and I use to go a couple times a year, usually around christmas for one, just to see the beauty of the city and the wonderfull lights at christmas and of course for Geno's East Pizza!! I as well like to go to Medevil times there now thats just way cool, the lights as they caresse the castle at night are most lovely, most romantic .. *sigh* havent been in a few years now sad as that is I as well have a brother who lives in the Burbs there someplace, who I havent visited in sometime, I usually see him when they are at there Summer place in Michigan

well I was really sick and drs wanted to put me in a nursing home but i said no and found this assisted living apts and moved here trying to find the help I need and getting the housing by section eight at a lower price then the 445 it actually cost,

wow they are all over. My brother is in NY with his soon to be new wife and his and her kids and my sister is somewhere between chicago and dallas where her husband lives. maybe she finally moved there to be with him just not sure.
and I am the olds or the three of us, I have a half brother and a half sister both older , my sister live in fla and my older brother I have no idea havent heard from him in 15 yrs he never let us know where he went to.
my mom and dad have both passed away,

1. Fear of losing that i love and care for deeply.
2. Snakes, only good snake is a dead one in my opinion.
3. Losing any of my senses.
4. Not being able to father children.

My trust and sincerety towards others always getting misinterprated by othes.

Being in an abyss when i know its not really the case.

Fear of heights and never amounting to anything.

Having no friends, really close friends.

One night going to sleep and not waking up.

Outside of Yourself and how we conduct ourselves in our lives,
we don't have control of squat. People, places or things.
The more you fear losing control...the more fear is caused by
things happening that are out of your control.

I fear growing old alone and forgotten.

your very correct, fear is a most incidious creature in itself, simple in nature, yet powerful in strength, especially when we feed it with insecurities

I fear growing old alone and forgotten.

Growing old is a fact of life, and for most a real fear, we all tend to want what was held in yesterday, alone is another story, sometimes you just have to trust that you will never be alone really, or that you will find what you seek, faith in that will crush fears and as for being forgotten, yes many fear that one as well, and its a most hurtful fear, but in truth, how can we really be forgotten when we give of ourselves to another? really you will always be recalled and with fondness, if you only love as deeply, freely, intensly as you know how to.. be remembered as the Man who loved others as he loved so very deeply, create what you seek as its within you to do so, I read your profile, found humor, and a very deep understanding of love, knowing who you are is usually the only way to quite those fears that haunt you

Thats the same as fearing what you cant control, you of all people know that many things are out of our control, to allow fear into that place, gives it strenth, and it as well creates insecurities what will be will be .. we can't loose what we don't posses, and the same is true of realizing that as long as we love and hold something dear, it can't be taken away, perhaps in the physical sense yes, but in the spiritual sense never ..

it is the fear that most every has as we all fear loosing what we cherrish most in life, for most of us thats our children, we want to keep them safe and always with us .. *sigh* sad to say, all we can do is love them teach them to be great people, cross our fingers say a prayer, and ask God to watch them everyday of there life, and have faith that what will be will be

and we don't have to like it but to allow it to become our greatest fear gives it strength

bearable. I beleive, really beleive in re-incarnation.

There is no doubt that I've touched and influenced many lives.
For that I can never really be forgotten. Still the fear is there.

My ex told me I am truly a man of the flesh. I beleive she was
right because I am a very old soul, unable to give up the pleasures of the physical body. To pass on you have to do that,
and I'm not willing.

Darlin, when I was 16 I didnt think I would see 21 and when I was 21 thirty was an age I truly in my heart didnt think I would see, couldnt imagine it at all, now here iam in my 40's and planning for tomorrow as I have many years yet to live, I no longer think in the terms of I cant Imagine that age, I now look at tomorrow as a gift to be shared with others ..to be cherished and always theres the chance that what we seek and need in our life will come to bare in this wonderous day of tomorrow
