We are interviewing candidates for a position and have had a few who have little or no experience. While there is a feeling of ”sweet summer child” among us old cynics at times, it is kind of inspiring too.

It’s an insignificant thing, but I’m proud of it, because I solve in a foreign language and still managed to beat over 150 people. And it was so difficult for me at the beginning, so this is a concrete piece of evidence that I’ve made progress.
