11333 songs and counting on my HDD at home. I pretty much can't get bored. I could put it on shuffle 24 hours a day and it'd be a month before I got a repeat. Given that I don't listen to it 24/7, I go significantly longer between repeats.

I totally agree with you. That aftercare is VERY important, and goes into the quality of the play. Some people need more than others, but if it's an understanding from previous play dates or an already stated need, then by all means you have every right to be pissed. I would have been, too.
