What SHOULD you be doing? *if you are procrastinating*

Poor Betta fish.. They never get treated properly.

*ahem*

I take very good care of my Betta. I have had him for well over 3 years and he is STILL alive!!! It's the only pet I have inside....of course I will take care of him!

*btw* That was my "done" list for today ;)

I decided to vacume my screened in porch. just how do all those bugs get in there to die?

Then I washed my bike. (meant to wash the dog but somehow the bike got it instead.

Then went for a ride on that nice & shiny old girl.

The bike, I'm sure is easier to wash....no wet tail slapping you in the face!!!

Vacuum a porch? You must have an industrial strength vacuum!

I get these weird bugs IN my house....usually after I water my lawn. Not sure what they are but they die just inside my door....kinda gross. They vacuum up easy though.

I never did get the pictures framed....tomorrow after work! *procrastinating at its finest*

Mowing my 4 acres of "not been mowed for 3 weeks" yard.
Finish cutting up the 4 apple trees that had to get cut down.
Split that pile of wood that I have been stacking for a few months now
Wash my STINKY dog!
watch a football game this afternoon
drink more coffee
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Coffee

The lawn! Man, my old lawn mower has a part that needs replacing that I can't find anymore ... so earlier this spring my wife bought a used lawnmower. Guess what? It doesn't run, and needs a part that can't be obtained any more ...

Even at that, you've had a reasonably productive weekend if you got that done. My weekend consisted of hauling trash to the dump, recyclables to recycling center, and getting cement paint on part of our cement walls ... never did get around to getting mice for my daughter's pet boa. Hopefully he won't mistake my fingers for mice when I do get around to it.

Get a 2nd job, if nothing else to replace the one I have. Five hours a month does not a job make, no matter what it pays...

Anyone need an employee? =D

Five hours a month.. If it paid enough to cover all the bills etc..Hell yeah I'd do that..

Hmm lets see.. What should I be doing? A million and one things.

A million and one, eh?

That is a boat load of stuff to procrastinate about.....

Procrastinating is not my problem this week....prioritizing and organizing are

*sigh*

THere is no tail to wag across my face witha bike but the grease all over from a 25 year old harly makes up for it. Takes a lot longer. And as soon as I am out on it again (Ummm that was sunday night) it tossed more oil and grease on itself! Its such a bitch of a bike!

Take it from a Professional Picture Framer - if ya wanna frame that pic right use 4 thumb tacks that match the border :D

OH but before you frame those pics shouldnt you sweep up those bugs from last nights rain? Oh but on the way to get the broom wont you notice the cobwebs on the ceiling in the corner of the broom closet that should be swept off with the duster that is in the laundry room which reminds you that you are almost out of laundry detergent which means its time to go to the store and oh you cant forget to get the milk so that this weekend you can actually make the pancakes that you have been promising to make for a while but before you make those the house would feel so much more homier if there were a few more pics of the family around so you beter get to framing them.

Now onthe way to get the glass cleaner to clean the glass on the picture frames........

This is where prioritizing comes in handy.

My head is spinning from that ^

Procrastination -- who does that lol?

Well its after 9 am this morning and already I a procrastinating. I am on here thinking of someone special but that's at least a doing thing.

I should be getting in the shower - which incidently could involve that thinking of someone also lol.

Then getting dressed to go out -- because there are laws against nudity so I hear.

Then possibly paying a bill or two and who knows maybe eating and another cup of coffee.

So we will have to see if the procrastination continues throughout the day.

Have a good day to all of you starting one and good evening to those of you ending it.

I know I do it, I imagine others do too.

If you are procrastinating while here at Lit, what is it you SHOULD be doing?

Household chores? Shopping? Sleeping? Come on, tell us!!!!

I spend a lot of time on the net. I could definitely go for more sleep, and getting my household chores done. Just 5 more minutes, and I will.

Let's see...

1. Housework: never done, so why bother now?

2. Online re-certification exam for work: yeah, I better get that one done, so I continue having a paycheck

3. Go to the bank: Ummmm, yes!

This place is so much more fun though! Except spending time with my Man, of course!

Tell ya what. I will go to the bank for you - just hand me the money and a deposit slip - I will take care of the rest...........

I really need to be sleeping. Early day tomorrow - earlier than usual. I know I'm going to hate myself in the morning for staying up.

*L*

You too, huh? :D

I must be the only one!

That procrastinates????

Come on, it is the weekend.....y'all have to be putting something off!

Me:

~laundry

~finishing 'organizing' my home office *LMAO*

~taking my truck in to get detailed

~oil change....yikes

~grocery shopping (can you say old mother hubbard?)

~I need a manicure too....I know, fluffy of me.

I hope everyone is having a simply wonderful Saturday with or without procrastinating! :cathappy:

tidying the kitchen
and/or

writing the 6th part of my pigtails saga to submit to the halloween contest.

Procrastination is my middle name

My "to do" list is much too long, and if I start writing it down, it will only get me more anxious and depressed, then I'll wind up in bed after doing nothing!

:D
