I think it’s all of it. I know several people who are having trouble getting prescriptions filled & none are brand name, I don’t think.

Oh no, that sucks!!! How long has it been? I haven't tried to fill mine due to inadvertently going off my main antidepressant and feeling a ton better.Guys I still haven't been able to fill my prescription

if you don’t mind me asking: which antidepressant? I take Cymbalta myself, along with Buspar and Adderall.

I was in Effexor. Idk what class Cymbalta is, but I personally can’t take SSRIs. They just make me sleep constantly and that makes me feel worse. Effexor is an SNRI and that still made me more tired than I liked but not as bad.
Now I’m just on Wellbutrin (bupropion), which I think works on norepinephrine and dopamine, which makes sense to me for ADHD. (Not a doctor though, of course!)

Cymbalta is an SNRI as well. Wellbutrin was the first one I tried after Celexa stopped working for me. Turns out it’s one of the few things I’m actually allergic to!

Can you use the rapid release version? From what I understand it’s the extended release version that is in short supply.2.5 weeks

I think pali was referring to going off the Effexor without tapering, but I think the Wellbutrin takes care of that particular problem.Ohh. Its my first ever prescription
