What's for dinner?

The EVIL Brownies have walnuts and cherries inside. For those who can't have nuts, I put the green cocktail cherries on them (they're mint flavored. Walmart usually stocks them or you can order them on the internet) and put chocolate chips inside. Easy to tell apart.

I don't make gluten free anything. If that's your allergy you have no business eating baked goods in the first place.
King arthur has a 1 to 1 gluten free flour that is great..... i have made quick breads with it and it is soft moist and delicious

My dad is diabetic and on dialysis. I can use their jeto blend and make a few things that are very good.... there are so many restrictions and he has given up enough

Recipes inbound.

Except for the EVIL Brownies. They create a nearly insatiable demand for more (not kidding) and I'm just not going to inflict that on anyone.

I only make them for the holidays. And then, not for all of the holidays.
I have a few recipes like that

I had a very small amount of rhubarb and a few apples and a 1/2 pint of strawberries. I cooked them all down with a little sugar and cinnamon and ran through my food mill to get the strings and seeds out and it was yummmmmy... i used as a toast spread....
Healthy and tasty meal, but enough to satisfy?
