What's for dinner?

Those most at risk are . . . immunosuppressed people
It is one of many diseases that are suddenly scary now that so many people are mysteriously immunosuppressed, like something that immunosuppresses just appeared in their bloodstreams.

An ounce of prevention and all that. Give your body what it needs to defend itself.

There is a trick - called "paying attention" - to doing a well done egg so that it isn't leathery or crunchy. I cook them this way for egg sammiches primarily, but it is easier to wash the plate behind done eggs as opposed to doing egg yoke residue.

Dried egg yolk on the plate is the pits to clean up after. Even the dishwasher hates it and she'll regularly pre-wash because that means the machine does a better job getting rid of all traces of it.

And that is why eggs cooked at Chez Wat are well-done.

Runny-yoke eggs should be served on disposable plates with disposable cutlery.

I'm hoping you don't think any of US are going to clean them. So you can just take your stinky fish out to the garage and deal with them there yourself.

<-- is also making fish for din din this Sunday. Baked whitefish fillets over a cheesy rice and broccoli casserole with (hopefully, if this fucking humidity doesn't kill me first**) a lemon Swiss roll for dessert.

**My meringue cookies refuse to dry out and not be sticky because of the humidity. Ma nature is being a bitch and fucking with me.

There's nothing to eat here. Well there's a can of soup that expired in February. Should be marginally safe. I gotta go shopping. :)

Eggs and pasta? It's simple to use those 2 things and make carbonara.

No shopping required. Unless you no gots eggs or pasta.
