I loved the Howling. The sequels weren't as good ;( Watching her turn on live tv was an image I'll never forget.

Agreed. But sequels usually suck. The Howling books are good, which the first movie is based on. I've read the first two in the trilogy. Love me some wolfish horror...

Werewolves were never my favorite. They seemed more instinct driven than evil. I liked Freddy, Jason and Michael Myers.
