Is any body going to the Brewers home opener today? I'm not able to go, but I will be listening to "Mr. Baseball" Bob Uecker this afternoon on the radio.
I've heard his new assistant broadcaster call part of a spring training game last Sunday and I had mixed reactions to this guy calling the game. He couldn't say Potowatami for one of their adds. He better get to know the name considering they say it about 10 times during the game for advertising.

Wish I could be at the Brewers' home opener today, I think my uncle still has his season tickets for box seats along the 3rd base line. The games I'd love to get his tickets for though are the Brewers vs Cubs.

I've been to a couple of Cubs at Brewers games and Miller Park was about 2/3 full of Cubs fans at the first game I attended. I was highly disappointed to see that Miller Park became Wrigley North when the Cubs play. There were a group of younger guy Cubs fans in front of us and I thought they were going to start a fight with one of the guys that was in our group. The Cubs fans were being dicks that night. There's one thing about going to watch your favorite team play in another opponents stadium, but keep your mouth shut and don't be a dick to the home teams fans. I've also run into this at Lambeau Field. Are we (Wisconsin fans) too nice to opponents (out of state) fans?
The other Cubs at Brewers game I attended was the last game of the season where the Brewers beat the Cubs and the Mets lost for the Brewers to clinch the NL Wild Card spot. That was really neat to see. Side note to that game, the Packers play TB that same day and time and Aaron Rodgers got hurt that game.

Technically, I have the day off......and I wish I could be at Opening day. Sadly, I won't be!

If I had the day off I probably would have tried getting tickets to todays game. I've never been to a Brewers opening day game. I've heard it is one of the best parties around.

a guy i knew back when the old stadium was there used to go to the games, sit way up in the bleachers, and blow dope. i think he was a little unbased...
