Hey all! I hope you survived the 3-day weekend and most of you enjoyed the holiday weekend. The weather was kind of disappointing, but that is Memorial Day Weather in WI. You never know what you're going to get.

Hell it was great!!!! NO SNOW lol, but tonight we have a chance of frost!!!! LOVE Wisconsin weather lol go from 80's for 2 days down to 50's

The weekend was alright. The weather didn't cooperate all of the time (Friday night/Saturday), but I had a good time late Saturday night and Sunday around the campfire while drinking some beer.

You must be in the Great Northern WI if you've got a chance for frost tonight. I heard that the High for Wednesday, at least in NE WI, is going to be 61. That should be a low for us not the High! I thought summer was here after the warm weather we had on Sunday and for most of yesterday. But I guess I will have to look at it your way, at least it's not snow!
Any word on the job after your interview? I saw in one of your previous posts that they postponed the announcement.

Well no snow here today, just 20 deg cooler than it should be.

Another one of these "Only in Wisconsin....." days again today. The only positive is that at least today there is a little sun trying to shine through the clouds, well at least here in NE WI.
It kind of sucks that we have to wear a jacket/sweatshirt outside this late in May. I haven't had to wear a jacket/sweatshirt outside for the past couple of weeks. Oh well. Like you quoted, "Only in Wisconsin....."

Good way of putting it, our weather is bipolar. I will totally agree. I guess we can thank our Canadian friends for this cool spell that we are having. Why does Canada always give us their cool/cold weather that they have? Oh well. Yes the bedroom window was only open a crack last night. Just enough to cool the upstairs bedroom off and make it really nice for sleeping. The furnace hasn't kicked on yet as the house is still warm from the weekend. Well it help if the furnace was actually turned on at the thermostat for it to kick-in. I'm in a refusal state of mind that I will not turn the furnace back on until at least next October.
The bright side for where I live at is that we weren't in a frost warning last night and probably again tonight. I see some sunny days and 70s in the long range forcast.

At least we're not in Vegas, my friend just posted a pic on his fb of his thermometer in the car and its 116 at 3 in the afternoon!!!! That's waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too hot in my opinion.

Ha ha. So did I, but I'll take today over the heat we had Saturday. At least this upcoming weekend is going to be really nice. If the forecast holds, it's going to be one of those perfect Wisconsin days that seem to keep me here.

I'm still holding out! I refuse to turn on the furnace at the end of May and now at the beginning of June.
Let's just hope that the weather forecast holds out because it looks like we might have a chance to have a decent weekend. It looks like 70s and sunny next week!
Let's hope that Summer is officially here now in WI.
I agree with Mustang Driver, it's these 70s type sunny days in WI that is forecasted that keeps me here in WI.
