I'm not a parent, so I couldn't really say if that impacts how I view the kink.

What’s hot about ‘breeding’ is unprotected sex. First of all, I’d only do that with someone I completely trust. And that’s rarer than almost anything. Second is the chance of ‘breeding’. I would never intentionally get pregnant that way (and never have!), but for me it’s the possibility not intent. Third, it’s that closeness you can’t get any other way.
