I've never heard about a Mad comic strip of Spy vs Spy but as a kid I had a game of it for my ZX Spectrum.

It was a regular feature of Mad Magazine when I was a kid. I used to go into the grocery store, find Mad, page through it for two or three reoccurring features -- including SvS -- then put the magazine back on the shelf and go spend my money on candy.
