Thank you for the fine comments. Rest assured the beard, older than my kids, is safe. I just got tired of the hair n my eyes. Like I said the only guys since George Washington and Admiral Nelson who could pull off a ponytail were George Carlin and Willy Nelson.

I was getting ready to go out last night, and in a sudden rush of blood to the head, took a bedroom mirror selfie ... something I almost NEVER do, because I loathe taking my own photo (or having my photo taken).
It was a good night.
(I do wish I'd thought to clean the mirror though ... might do some dusting today.)
