No kids to complicate things and my Lawyer says that I will keep at least half of my shit (and maybe a little more than half!). I'm not knocking marriage. It works so well, for so many people, but when the other half doesn't return the love, respect and commitment that you put in, then it's time to drop them like a bad Haggis!

If the butcher puts in too much black pepper when he is making it then you don't! Which can be very unfortunate the next morning...
Also, as it is usually boiled in a skin (traditionally, this would have been a sheep's stomach), you can't even give it a cautious sniff, before cooking, to make sure it is still fresh. Best not to take a chance and observe the use by date...
