Daddy's Little Girl - Fourth Edition

I may have shared this already, but I'll share again!

Recently, one of my Lit friends/now my family, sent me a Warmie! It's Lavender scented and only takes a minute in the microwave if I want it warmed.

The funny thing is I have drunk more in many occasions without feeling any more tipsy than that.

That is strange. Were they the same type of drink?
No, usually when I drink more it's wine and stuff, with a 3-course dinner.

And this was a fizzy drink which does of course make it more effective. Then again I might have become more sensitive - at least I've noticed other things more easily within the last year.

I'm giving up my little bit of drinking. I'm not sad about it.
I don't even care much about the alcohol content, it's more of a gourmet thing for me. With my D we had a bottle of 0% sparkling drink for both the independence day and NYE.

Unfortunately nonalcoholic wines are totally undrinkable.

Tattoos related to this way of life? Do you have any, would you get one? I'm seeing there are even temporary tattoos. What do you think?

My late wife (and little) came home one day from "coffee with the girls" with a tattoo high up on her left breast about the size of the palm of my hand. It was a teddy bear with angel wings. However, one of the wings was singed and the halo was at a rakish angle. It was meant to represent me and this song, which she felt was one of my theme songs.

I have pictures, videos, and sound files of her. However, I regret that somehow we never managed to capture that tattoo in any of them.

She had never so much as mentioned wanting a tattoo to me. But, that tattoo, indelibly marking my ownership onto her skin, meant a lot to me.

Just for the record; I was never able to confirm just how much, if any, Kahlua might have been in that coffee that Saturday morning.
