I can count on my fingers the number of times Hubby and I have used a condom since we've been together. We both hate them. To my knowledge, I don't think there has been an actual scientific study regarding nation of residence/ethnicity/etc.. There's a graphic that makes the rounds from time to time about different average sizes in different countries, I think it says El Salvador was the largest at like 7" average, followed by several African countries. But if you dig into it at all, there's actually no real research behind it, it's all based ok self reported measurements if that.

And ya, selection bias could definitely play a big role. That's one reason the average may actually even be a tad lower than the generally accepted 5.5" length and 4.6" girth. But it's hard to tell.

I think that one of the errors we make when referencing statistics on this topic is to ignore identifiable differences in data sets. Saying that the average cock size is 5.25" is a bit like saying the average height of a male is 5'9". Those observations are accurate when applied to the weighted average of all human males, but that doesn't mean it applies equally to all data sets.

She was willing to offer $20 to each subject, so its not that she is unwilling to compensate the subjects. So, it is all really a question of the value of the compensation to be provided.
On the one hand, a happy ending from you would be much more valuable than a $20 bill.
On the other hand, an essential part of the study would be ensuring that the study subjects had reached maximum length, which would require hands-on research.
