I think if you use the pumps over time you'll grow that much if you just keep doing it for years. I'm not doing all that hanging but I'd do a pump on low settings once or twice a week for a few minutes. I bet you grow like a quarter inch a year at least.

Even average thickness used to hurt, but that was more my emotional issues causing me to tense up. I was usually fine when I was drunk enough not to care. Even so, I had a lot more oral only hookups in college than vaginal sex hookups. Vaginal sex usually came at parties when I was really drunk.

Although, that's all academic for me anymore. Unless I ever convince Hubby to swing, his is my one and only penis. He's definitely on the thick side, and I put him a bit longer than the median of guys I've been with (a bit over 6", probably). And that's all great with me, even anal. Does that mean I wouldn't try a 10" or larger if the chance came up? Nope. I would, especially if he was experienced.
