How replacing Biden as Democratic nominee would actually work

Hunter's lawyers are trying a new tactic. It won't work (and they know it won't work) and I think it's only a delaying tactic. They need to delay his sentencing until after the tax trial is over so daddy can pardon his son for both crimes.

Garland thinks that the machine is going to protect him from the same fate Bannon is going to suffer.

Bannon claimed Exec Privilege for the records Congress wanted and was convicted for it. Garland has claimed Exec Privilege over the Hur interview tapes that congress wants. I anticipate that Garland will spend time behind bars unless he coughs up the tapes.

Mayorkas will get off scott free because nothing he's done is criminal enough to justify an indictment/trial/conviction.
8 million illegals? lying to congress? come on man

Trump is the most hated man in the United States. That gives the Democrats some flexibility on this problem.

Biden is having a "family meeting" at Camp David this week to determine which direction his campaign goes.

He's going to drop out and hand it off to Newsom. Sometime in Oct he'll resign. Harris will pardon him and Hunter. DOCTOR Jill will get a pardon too but it'll be kept quiet unless and until it's needed.
Newsom is a Russ puppet. Worse on those issues than DJT.

I have always liked Joe Biden. I will vote for him if he is on the ticket next November.

I want him to release his delegates and open the Democrat National Convention to a choice. They should choose the person most likely to defeat Trump in November.

This is the way things used to be before the War in Vietnam. Presidential primaries only became popular then.

The new system opened the Democrat Presidential nomination in 1972 to George McGovern. I voted for McGovern and loved him, but it was easy for Republicans to associate McGovern with social changes and movements most voters disliked.

This was unfair to McGovern, who had the demeanor of a main line Protestant clergyman, but Republicans do not play fair.

Newsom and his creepy daddy, Judge Bill, never played or play fair.

He is increasingly unsteady. It is not just the political class or the commentariat who were unnerved by the debate. Most people with eyes to see were unnerved. At this point, for the Bidens to insist on defying biology, to think that a decent performance at one rally or speech can offset the indelible images of Thursday night, is folly.

Biden has rightly asserted that the voters regard this election not only as a debate about global affairs, the environment, civil rights, women’s rights, and other matters of policy but as a referendum on democracy itself. For him to remain the Democratic candidate, the central actor in that referendum, would be an act not only of self-delusion but of national endangerment. It is entirely possible that the debate will not much change the polls; it is entirely possible that Biden could have a much stronger debate in September; it is not impossible to imagine that Trump will find a way to lose. But, at this point, should Biden engage the country in that level of jeopardy? To step aside and unleash the admittedly complicated process of locating and nominating a more robust and promising ticket seems the more rational course and would be an act of patriotism. To refuse to do so, to go on contending that his good days are more plentiful than the bad, to ignore the inevitability of time and aging, doesn’t merely risk his legacy—it risks the election and, most important, puts in peril the very issues and principles that Biden has framed as central to his Presidency and essential to the future.

The border debacle is negligence and ineptitude. It isn't unlawful. Lying to Congress is criminal but it's not going to get him prosecuted. It's just not bad enough. Even if he did get prosecuted, he wouldn't be convicted.

If the Dems win with Newsom I will have problems. If the GOP with DJT wins trans will be at risk and I will be open to armed struggle. I have an extensive background working for, with, and in armed groups. I have tons of strategic knowledge of the GOP.

Not threatening any person, Antarctican incellectuals (obviously not you.)

A highly placed U.S. pol once described me as a Trotskyite fire horse who will respond to a major internal American conflict by rushing to the barricades at the first chance.

True. At TransMarch on Friday 28 June this year I was asked by a reporter to name a source of joy in my life: a thing or person. A transwoman I was talking to named a particular tree she loved.

I said "the thing that brings me joy above all is the black and red flag of militant anarchosyndicalism. Revolution is better than sex."

I make no claim to predictive power about politics these days. The eruption of mass Islamophobia in Ireland shocked me. Prior to that Cville had the same effect on me. But I wasn't surprised by 1-6.

I want to stay on Planet Lipstick. I have a new body and need to know how to operate it. I spend a lot of time by myself now. It's fine that way.

I call it my Lambo body. I need to learn how to drive it. I need to take it out on the freeway and see what it can do. That's one of the reasons I'm a ho.

And that's one of the reasons I am so vehement about truth and lies on this site.

Joe Biden is a popular incumbent President. The Republicans are terrified of him. There’s no reason for him to step down.

I knew that whether you said it or not.

The red in mine is a touch maroon, but the sentiment is the same. I also like the Rebellious Stripes of the Son's of Liberty.

Here, and elsewhere. But hey, when you're sitting in the basement spewing nonsense and venomous crap at anyone who's not a good little parrot, what else is there. According to the layer cake theory of heaven and earth, Satan sits in his daddy's basement, too.

Good to see you.

What puts Trans at risk is 'in your face' militant-ism and getting caught trying to groom minors. Either one of those behaviors has the potential to lead to a life altering event.

Cite evidence about grooming minors. There isn't a single known case of this. Transwomen are not LGBTQ wannabe parents. We groom ourselves thanks to Sephora.

In your face militancy is something that rilly triggers cowardly punks like you. What do you intend to do about this? You won't do anything. Get a pizza delivered to your basement closet and relax. Tough talk is just talk. I'd be impressed if you talked this way to my face IRL. But you won't.

In the old days people were aware that messing with trans was dangerous. We knew how to defend ourselves.

Are you an alt for The Filthy One? Did you serve in the armed forces? Know martial arts? Get laid?

I was there when Franzy Coppola and a feller named Dennis C. Jakob came up with this. It's what I dream of when I read guff like yours.

Shall we dance? (I don't like Duvall for personal reasons).

You haven't made the case that the blacks would follow if she stepped down though which is the case that you need to make here. This isn't about morals at all. This isn't about her qualifications. I'm starting to realize that qualifications for president is a silly subject.

The qualification you set is that the blacks would in significant numbers abandon the Democrat Party over Harris not getting the nod. If nothing else changes in the next four months I will remember that a Crockett and her weave proved you can take a girl out of the ghetto but not the ghetto out of a girl with her bad built butch blonde body bullshit like this Congress is a fucking innercity beauty shop. Just like it sucked to be OBama, it sucks to be here. MTG and Boebert can go to the State of the Union and hoot and holler like its a comedy club but Crocket is black. She had best smile, speak 100% Oxford English and remember to extend her pinky if served tea.

I think if Biden goes Harris goes with him because she is his second in command and to abandon Biden really comes down to abandoning his policies and Harris hasn't done anything really that I'm aware of to put her significantly away from Biden in any way shape or form.

The thing is that isn't happening. You are actively hunting them down because it gets you off.

That was always the most likely answer. If they planned on dumping Biden the time was 2023 at the latest. These days the only way they can drop him now is to get Jill to slip him something at his 4th of July get together so he can be in a coma.
Well they need t slip him something so there’s not a public repeat of his debate performance

Of course it isn't and Biden is at the top of his game and Trump colluded with the Russians. [/sarcasm]

No one believes a fucking thing liberals spout anymore.

Trump probably did collude mind you. Nobody is claiming Biden is at the top of his game. Nobody.
