I'll read yours...

Cookie,

I knew I could count on you but you went beyond expectations. You read all 10 chapters. Thank you.

And thank you for the comment at Chapter 4. I was just getting to the sex part of chapter 13 and needed some encouragement.
Chapter 11 has been submitted and Chapter 12 (which contains no sex) is in final review. Chapter 13 is will be ready for edit tomorrow and as of now, there is no end in sight because there is so much more to tell.

I'll check out your first person. fable

Smiling...I'll be watching and waiting. I love your stories.:)

Cookie,
I read your first person, 'Do you Know' twice

At first I viewed it as a poem.
Passionate descritive commentary
Followed by spoken reasons why the act is being performed

Second time through I saw it as two works meshed together.
Separated, the erotic prose and the poetic 'do yo?' could each stand alone.

Perhaps a third read would uncover a deeper meaning?

Either way, it is moving!

Fable
btw Chap 11: http://www.literotica.com/stories/showstory.php?id=135956

You amaze me...

Your story keeps getting better and better. The "picket fence" reference blew me away! Just perfect for a romantic like me! You are talented, so very talented. To me the game felt like a matter of inches or inch by inch.(Kinda like step by step lol) Waiting eagerly for Ch 12!

----------

Your remarks on my story "Do You Know?" are intriguing. I can't write poetry for beans and it was surprising that it felt poetic to you. Mainly, it was to me a woman showing her intense love for a man. I wrote my heart.

BTW...follow the link to read my contest entry.:)

Farewell Letter

Cookie,

In Farewell Letter I could See the mood of the sea and the simple lives of the lighthouse keepers in the picture you painted.

As a followup, I would like to see a letter or a visit from Elizabeth.

Taken in consideration Fable...sounds like a plan.

panty_inspector if you have stories post a link, I'll be glad to take a look.

Hey Cookie Jar(':D'),

Just finished reading "Sheer Torture" it was a fantastic read, you truly have a vivid imagination. I hope to read more stories involving the lovely Taryn? in any case i will most definately be reading your other stories when i get some free time.

Congratulations on the forum Destinie, fabulous idea, especially for new authors such as myself, who are unaccustomed to the vastness that is literotica.

Here is my first story, it is the only one that has been approved to this date. How long does pending usually take?

I read your story and left feedback. I will say it was a great read. Keep up the good work.:rose:

A story usually takes anywhere from 3-7 days to be posted. 3 has been the norm for mine.

HOW DO YOU DO IT?

If you, or anyone who feels sorry for a technically illiterate, would tell me how to make one of those underlined things that lead to my stories, I'll read yours and post a feedback.

Thank you! . . .

Hi alpha,

1. Get 2 browser windows open (hold the [Ctrl] key down and press [N])

2. In one, go to your own story - or your profile page if you want the link to go there

3. In the other, get your Lit posting going.

4. Back to browser window 1, click into the location window, so the URL (Web address) is highlighted, then hold down [Ctrl] again and tap the [C] key to 'C'opy the address.

5. Back to the Lit posting, and use [Ctrl]-[V] (to paste - think of that 'V' as an arrow head pointing down, to stick the copied item down.

6. As long as the "Automatically parse URLs" box (below the editing window) is ticked, then it'll come out as that underlined link.

Dead easy the second time around :)

I guess Cookie

you were the last one to mention reading a story, so I picked one of yours to read. I read your incredibly touching Farewell Letter. I found it nicely detailed with an interesting history. Well written, with only one discernible uh oh: " The couple were good to us, just very distant and very strict."... were wants to be was... otherwise it was perfect. Overall it was excellent work.

Hey Jim,

Do you know I ran that story thrugh a grammar check? Ahhh well. The story was loosely based on my great-grandfather, so many parts are true. Sadly, I never met him but my mother kept him alive for me through her stories.

I read "Lilac, Lace & Cascading Blueberry" because the name grabbed me. Your dialogue is top notch and I bow to you my friend. I voted and left you a PC.

farewell letter

Hey, I wanted to recommend the letter for reading...it was touching....being a guy's guy - I was touched!

Cookiejar...

I just read the Grandma Gang. What a wonderful story, I couldn't help but smile as I read of these ladies (reminding me of my late grandmother and her sister), fiesty, full of life and ready to take on the world. And your anti-hero, turned hero seems to have taken to them as well, much to his dismay.

This is my favorite of the stories I have read of yours. I now have to wonder how many other gems I may have missed in your ouvre. This one is a keeper... perhaps even good for a sequel.

Well done...

Thank you Jim. High praise indeed! I also thought of my grandmother, a feisty lady if I ever saw one. You know, I was trying to remember how I thought this idea up and I drew a blank. I read a lot of Alfred Hitchcock and Ellery Queen Mystery Magazines, maybe they gave me the inspiration. I'm slowly reading stories, and yours are on the list. You do a lot of non-erotic and they especially catch my eye.
