I'll read yours...

HA! I'm back!

Hey everyone, just a friendly reminder that I have internet hooked back up after almost 2 months of being away from it.

I submitted a new story today, and if everything follows suit, it should be ready to read on the 24th of April or so. It's something I'm playing with (no pun intended)...it's going to be a series of non-related stories involving a fictional me who's not afraid to push the envelope and gets laid in some very average places by some very average girls....the type of day dreaming that we all do...

Let me know what you think when it's posted to the site...link's in the signature.

Cookiejar: I just read The Cupid Training Academy:

A wonderfully unique story, and who would have thought I would find it in a brochure. This one had me smiling from the very start. The only problem I found was that I am too old to apply. I am surprised the AARP hasn't called you about upping that age limit there.

An original way to tell a story. Excellent work.

Please take a look at my latest non-erotic: Tears of Strength

or for something more erotic: Best Friends

or a review even: Review of Ryu Murakami's Almost Transparent Blue

I would love some constructive criticism of any of my stories...to be honest, I havent read any of ya'lls stories yet, but I will and share some of my thoughts as soon as I have a free minute to read them.

Thanks, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Hey, Cookie,

I just read "A Rose for Kristiphe". You had a very good lead in, a sad prelude, flashing back to a heartwarming romance. Desiree's fond memories and genuine thoughtfulness on Kristophe's part. Good character's and you didn't overdo the plot. Nice.

The ending was again sad but romantic. The endless love, being together again. The roses changing color as they fell. Magical.

But the the sex happened like a car crash. Slow down a little. The sex here should have been more gentle and caring, given Kristophe's penchant for the romantic. In two sentances they were naked and it was over in a mater of seconds. I would have thought a man like him would have taken his time, exploring her body inch by precious inch. Watching her reactions and experiencing her bodies reactions.

Instead he ripped her clothes off and was poking and prodding her like a rapist on a tight schedule. Let them build up to that roaring crescendo, a little at a time. Getting close to climax then easing off and savoring the mutal emotions.

After a great romantic buildup it ended with a cheap fuck. Just slow down and enjoy it a little. It just seemed to cheapen their relationship.

I read "Tears of Strength," another wonderful story. You are a storyteller par excellence.

BTW...I had a lawyer on Lit say he would represent me, I forgot age discrimination.

Cookie,

I just read "Lee's Pet".

Damn. Now that was a good read. Well done. It had the tension, the arousal and just enough detail to sketch a picture and yet left enough for the reader to fill in the color.

Bravo.

Dranoel

I just read The Boat. Very Nice! I liked the touches of humour and the fact that you didn't simply stick with the whole "she had big boobs a nice ass and I screwed her kind of storyline." The fact that a story has a plot is always a bonus, but I liked your plot alot. Although...are they going to get married? I'm a great fan of the "and they got married and lived happily ever after" sort of ending. Ah, what I can I do. I'm a hopeless romantic.

Speaking of which, I also happen to be a budding romance writer, although my first two stories were "non-consensual/reluctance," my third one is romance. Do please read and tell me what you think.

High Jinks

Cookie, just read High Jinks and I must say, damn! Nicely written, only one or two grammar mistakes, but the rest was great.

Nice imagry, too. Good serene details mixing in with the eroticism. Made for a good read and it made me want more, but it was deliciously short at the same time.

Burger Girl

Darkness, just read your Burger Girl story and loved it. Only drawback was it ended too soon. Would have loved to read about him knocking on their door.

Ms Vella...

I just read your She Had Had Enough ... it was funny, funny stuff: happily ever after in a double wide. Excellent dialogue and believably unbelievable characters that you just had to love. And you know, I think a few of their offspring are readers here at lit...

Some of your added detail, such as the cassette recording of Soft Cell on Kazoo, made this story a non-stop smile, giggle and laugh. Very good stuff. I look forward to reading some more. And I do hope to visit this neighborhood again, see what the neighbors think of the new band.

jim : )

I have several new stories needing a boost: The Steel Halo an odd tale of Toys & Masturbation, or a Non-Erotic one: Moribund or if you are into something completely different a Non-Human story: The Logic of Stripes and Plaid and Love on Mars and its sequel To Fuse with Plaid and Stripes.

thanks...

Steel Halo grabbed me right from the first sentence I don't want to ruin it fr anyone else so I'll send FB through the system but just know that I read and loved the story. Also you use of language is great so descriptive and mood catching I felt like I was right there

Steel Halo grabbed me right of the bat, first off let me say great opening if the "halo" had been introduced any other way I'm not sure I'd heve kept reading. I love your use of language and you descritive nuances, I felt like I was there and every scene you set the mood carries over. Very nice

delicious

I read Atlantis revisited and I loved right from the start. The descriptions were great particularly the beach scenes. Another detail that stood out was the dialouge it was well done and not forced or fake in the least. (not something I've come to expect in erotic stories) I certainly hope the sequel will show itself soon. Generally wgen I review a story I'll put in some sort of constructive criticism about something that irked me or could possibly be improved upon but such is not the case with this story only because I could find no fault.

I'm working on the sequel - actually have the file open right now. Hopefully, I'll have it done by the end of the weekend (keeping my fingers crossed).

Thanks, Des.

I intended to continue this, but I do not see how to get toi "cookie Jar" stories

There is not author search function that I can see, just an index with thousands on names for each letter

If you go to the index page, where you can choose a category, and scroll down, you'll see "Search Stories."

From there, you can search by title, author, or keywords.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cookie jar", but do you mean posting a link? If so, all you have to do when you do a post is: at the top click on the "http://" button; a box will pop up for the text you like for the link, click ok; then another box will pop up for the actual link itself. Paste it in, click "ok" again, and you're all set.

Did that help?
