Lip Piercings

ROFL, these are quite Dom-proof
Ohhh waving a red flag in front of a bull with that comment like that Miss Seri : chuckles : Living dangerously ?

I am betting more than a few dominant styling persons would find a way.

Bless them :rose:

Ring opening and closing pliers could definitely be used sadistically, but not if you're just using them according to the label. ;)

OSG - I think it's important that they are pierced deeply enough. If they are shallow like this one then you will probably have problems during sex. But if they take a good-sized chunk like this one it's probably fine.

One way to get around the issue of the balls coming out is to use circular barbells which typically screw into place rather than being held by tension. Those definitely wouldn't come off during sex.

Maybe I'm not a top for a reason, I'm not creative enough LOL

But they are not as pretty and you can't chain or lock them together, geeeeez :D

Well, pretty is in the eye of the beholder, some people like circular barbells for certain piercings, others don't. As for locking them together, there is the option of the fixed bead ring made by Anatometal.

Hey cool, that's what we need. Find that for me with jewels inset in it and I'll be a happy girl!

I'm not sure they make it, unfortunately. Anatometal's official page for their fixed bead rings is here and they don't have any with gems. Their jewelry is really high quality stuff, BTW - I have a titanium Anatometal CBR in my right nipple at the moment. Do your current CBR's have gems?

Yup, one is a garnet and the other an amethyst. I'm rather attached to their shiny-pretty-factor. I could always just put the fixed bead rings in when with Ma'am though.

Ok, stupid question. I know we've been talking about piercings of the outer labia. Anybody have any interest in/experience with inner labial piercings? I've researched it a bit, and I know that you have to be "built" a certain way to be able to have them done. Just curious.

Built a certain way? What does that mean? I've seen lots of inner labia piercings and I didn't notice that the girls were built any particular way. FWIW, the galleries on BME have 2,912 pictures of inner labia piercings and 1,656 pictures of outer labia piercings. (Also interesting: VCH has 4,280 pictures while HCH has 2,430.)

From what I've read (which hasn't been much, admittedly), I think the problem is that if your inner labia aren't, er, big enough I guess is the term I'm looking for, there's a good possibility that they won't stay in long. Like there's a good possibility they'll migrate out if there's not enough meat there to hold them in. Does that make sense, or am I talking out of my ass?

Ah, I see - that's what I was talking about with the comment to OSG before. I would think that unless you've had a labiaplasty, though, you'd be fine. It doesn't take THAT much!

True. I'm prone to migrations with my piercings, which is why I don't have any anymore, so that's why I was curious. Perhaps if I ever get anything pierced again, I'll go with titanium. I think there's an undiagnosed nickel allergy lurking in there somewhere. ;)

Well thankfully with me here that's not going to be an issue.

Cmere Shy , look they are even ribbed for your extra piercing pleasure.

You know what they say sweety "If you haven't tried ribbed, you haven't lived "

Bi Bunny

Thank you for asking the questions about inner and outer labia piercings.

I ahd not got that far in my thinking, and although you had mentioned elsewehre about piercings migrating, it had not occured to me that it could happen with labia.

Thanks for those links Etoile, they are useful as was your explanations.

If I were to ever decide on piercings I would be annoyed if they migrated, I don't want it to be done more than it has too!

If you plan to do a lot of travel by air, keep the metal to a minimum.
If you have to have an MRI, you'll want to remove them beforehand.

If you want to see some pics, checkout Luvbight Photography. Once you reach the home page, click the Fetish link. You'll have to verify your age by selecting your birth date. Click Galleries and then click (pi) under any of the thumbnails on the next page, and then select from the resulting thumbnails on the next page.

Damn, 4g triangle. NICE.

there's a bit of erroneous information in this thread.
i'll address a couple of points -

1. sea-salt soaks are a must for the correct healing of most people's piercings.
the sea-salt helps keep the piercing ultra-clean, as well as promoting new tissue growth.

2. if you use the correct grade of jewellery in your piercings, they will NOT set off the metal detectors at airports.

3. in some cases, the anatomy of a particular person does not allow certain piercings - this definitely is the case with some clit piercings as well as some labial piercings.

any further questions? feel free to pm me :)

Well shy...it doesn't hurt and doesn't get in the way. It is a lovely addition to my "pretty pussy" as I have been told and was last year on my birthday presented with a darling little chain fashioned like a leash which I could wear around my neck when not attached. I was a very naughty girl and lost it in the ocean. ...another story entirely. I did the piercing myself one tipsy evening back in 1978 and had it stretched 3 years ago to accommodate the correct type of jewelry (now that hurt a bit).

For those who wish to or think they might like to pierce there as already stated the anatomy of some prohibits certain types of piercing i.e. clitoral hoods the most common. The inner labia heals faster than the outer as it is not transitional tissue. All in all the final results are erotic and a delight to look at.

Go for it is MHO.

Not face lips, those lips!

I am curious (it happens lol)

What are the do's and don'ts of cunt piercings?

Does it hurt?

Do they get in the way?

Do they change the orgasms you have?

What about when you get waxed, is it awkward with them there?

I know some of you have them, and I really would like to understand how they work.

Thank you

I had someone tell me after I got my nipples pierced that I'd set off the metal detectors...

I just grinned and told him, "Well Malin's havent set them off and his girlfriend's didnt set them off when she came to visit us.. so I think I'll be fine, but thank you for the concern"

The sea salt soaks are great. Our piercer/tattoist has sprays that are the sea salt soaks which was convenient with the nipple piercings - I just stood there and sprayed my nipples for a few moments. Saline is great for healing, for the reasons mentioned and is one of the reasons we used saline dressings for wounds that needed to remove dead tissue and promote new tissue growth.

We will have to agree to disagree on that....most of the piercers I know and respect speak against sea salt soaks, as the constant irritation and fucking with the piercing can delay healing. My experience has proven this to me too, as my piercings and tattoos heal very fast and very well...because I leave them the hell alone. Keep them clean, don't touch and fool around with them, and they heal fast and neat.

To each their own....both are valid healing methods, it's up to the person to decide what works for them. Some people use A&D ointment on their tattoos, others like me say hell no and just use unscented, mild lotion. There are as many preferences as there are professionals and the people they stick needles into.

you're a piercer?
those of us that have a less than 0.001% infection rate (yes, we keep records) are the ones that advocate seasalt soaks.
a good piercer will offer a free after-care service and checkup, and keep detailed records on each client - much like a doctor or dentist would.
over the last 11 years of piercing approx 25 people per day, it's the ones that follow the care guide who have no issues.

granted..... there are exceptions to every rule, but what worked for you will not work for most others.

remember, this is a minor surgical procedure, and should be treated as such.
